    I am saddened to learn that some gps at cornbrook medical Practice don't pay attention to online forms and patient history. They ignored important issues rather than question and investigate to find out what the problem is. This has left me feeling hopeless.

    Reception staff prevent any booking of appointments but if you really push they they magically find appointments on the same day. Also, not sure how they managed to mess up repeat prescriptions but we need to get a new prescription issued. From a doctor. Which they try to block you from booking.

  3. Review titled slow and not efficient GP practice

    I am a nurse myself and I never met a slower and not efficient practice, I had 3 referral since January and one is still pending, I asked for my regular medication and they never changed the dosage after I chase them up since two months, now I run out of medications and I have to wait until next week to have the tablet that I take every day with the new dosage, on top of that the new receptionist is very rude and not efficient. If you are looking for a GP practice my advice is to look elsewhere if you live in Hulme, because after a month off sick from work they still cannot get my prescription right with the right dosage.

    All online information says it opens at 8am, it doesn't. Phone lines and online consult unavailable till 9am. They often hang up on you rather than leaving you on hold. I have a long standing condition and every time I call I get a different person who make me start all explanations form the beginning. I asked about my referral to a consultant and was told 'I'll write a letter but it won't do any good' they then sent the letter to the wrong consultant! The refused to see my daughter for an ear infection and told me 'if concerned go to A&E'. I will be looking for a new practice.

    You have two options for appointment, online and you have to wait for two days for a reply which is not convenient if you are suffering and 2nd option is to call. I've called 3 times this week each time being in a que for over half hour to be told there is no appointments. So I've asked why everytime I call I cannot get appointment to be told unsympathetic reply I can Come into surgery at 8.45 to make an appointment. The time my children start school. So my only option is to wait 2 days for a reply while I'm 32 weeks pregnant already have high blood pressure and I'm being irritated and worried about what is wrong with me.
