    Phoned yesterday morning, pressed button for a return call, got an appointment for an hour later, lovely nurse listened to me, sent prescription through to my chemist. Back home in an hour. Fantastic service.

    I have been very impressed with the service I’ve received at this surgery. Rang in the morning about my daughter feeling unwell and chose a call back service. I was rung back within 40 minutes and had an appointment given for that morning. The practitioner was amazing with my daughter and gave us advice and prescriptions as needed. Brilliant service considering how busy I know they get!

    Managed to book an appointment for a non-urgent issue much quicker than I had expected. Saw a brilliant GP this morning who was just so kind, helpful and thorough. A fabulous service for which I am truly very grateful. Thank you so much.

    I had been unwell with strep a for roughly 10 days and was still showing some symptoms so I phoned the surgery. The reception and triage team were kind, understanding and very efficient. They booked an appointment for me to see someone later that day. The gentleman I saw was a paramedic. He was fantastic! He was kind, considerate and attentive. He was incredibly thorough and really tried his absolute best to help, which at 25 weeks pregnant I really apprecitated. When he went to get a second opinion, again, a very considerate doctor volunteered to add me to her call list to check on my symptoms. I left feeling comforted and assured that I was being cared for properly. I would really recommend this surgery to anyone and especially seeing this paramedic. He was great! Thank you.

    This morning I rang and the receptionist triaged me for an appointment within 1 hour. I’ve seen a very thorough physician and last week a great physiotherapist both dealt with my leg problems very professionally and I’m very happy with the ongoing advice and care taken by all the staff Great surgery and although my leg isn’t quite healed yet I feel confident the service provided was 100 percent professional Thankyou

    Dear Sirs, I have received a request via text on a Saturday to confirm my availability for a call back from an eConsult in the afternoon. I have no way of responding so would like to suggest that when a text is sent, some form of contact is included ( email or phone number) . Many thanks.

    My mother recently called The Coppice to chase up an xray result. The receptionist asked her if she was ok because she was very out of breath and then booked her an appointment. After checking with a medic, the receptionist called my mother back to come in for an ECG. She came in for an ECG and was then sent to the hospital. She has subsequently received a heart bypass because the result was that she was dangerously ill. I want to say thank you for the receptionist's vigilance.

    After being unable to get anyone to pick up the phone over 3 weeks I did the eConsult where they will in theory come back to you in 48 hours. Nothing so after 2 weeks so sent the on line reminder, another 3 weeks on absolutely no response. Last year needed help & I even had to abandon that, a shocking ‘service’

    Felt very comfortable and that the doctor was easy to talk to - didn’t have to wait too long to be seen.
