Have a soft tissue infection called the GP to get a phone call to request antibiotic cover for Dental visit, baring in mind I have chronic heart conditions, there is no Doctor in the welling branch today! I would have to travel the Plumstead for a face to face appointment, asked when the next available appointment is was told I have to call on Thursday as they are not booking appointments! Awful practice

Nobody answers the phones, left waiting for over 40 mins waiting to make an appointment. Very poorly managed practice.
