Highly satisfied with my annual review . The Health care assistant was very professional caring and pleasant . I was seen on my appointment time which I thought was very good . I was treated with respect and dignity . All in all a very pleasant experience. Many thanks

I recently visited Conisborough group practice and had an exceptionally positive experience. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The medical professional that I saw truly listened to my concerns and took the time to understand my issues. They showed genuine care and empathy throughout the consultation. It was reassuring to be in such capable hands. What also stood out was the efficiency of the practice. I received an appointment to see the specialist in record time. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend the practice to anyone seeking professional and compassionate medical care.

Over the last couple of weeks I contacted the practice firstly for a routine Prostrate Cancer test and then for a cough. On both occasions I was seen on the same day and the appropriate test done with the results being advised within the appropriate timeframe. All test came back normal but excellent service and very professional.

I went to an 8am nurse appointment. Was late as accessible door not unlocked. Nurse was lethargic, uninterested she couldn’t take the blood after one try so said I’d have to go to hospital instead. Wouldn’t take my blood pressure as requested despite a text sent to me asking for me to have it done. She said I’d need to rebook in for that. The machine was on her desk! Total lack of empathy or care.

Saw the practice nurse for review she was Friendly caring, Only thing I would suggest is when told how I was she could refer an appointment to the doctors as trying to get appointment is so so bad

I am new to the practice and this was my first visit. The practice is well signed and easy to check in. I was waiting longer than my appointment time but that’s to be expected these days. I don’t know who I saw but she was amazing. I needed an Xray and that’s exactly what I got a referral for. Many thanks.

Have always been able to make an appointment whether it's by phone or in person without an issue via triage. Whenever I have contacted reception for outside of triage process my questions have been answered, if not at that time I have received a follow up call with either the answer or an alternative option. Just Brilliant
