This is my dad’s practice and I am bringing him recently. I am very impressed with the ease of getting through for triage and to speak to admin staff (compared to my own drs). Clinically, the dr we are seeing has been very thorough in her treatment and investigations with my dad, also extremely empathetic in her approach. We are very pleased to have the continuity of care, it really makes a difference.

Straight forward blood test appointment on time , it is a regular blood test taken every 3 ,Months never had any problems

The receptionist was friendly helpful and welcoming. The nurse doing my long term conditions review was very warm in her interaction and efficient. It did not feel like a tick box exercise despite only being with her briefly. The GP who is overseeing my BP issue gives me confidence that he is following up blood tests and BP recordings and will contact me.

Height and weight check with the nurse. She was warm, welcoming and really relaxed my daughter. She had a lovely manner with children. However, I have a problem with the process. An appointment to get my daughter weighed and measured with the nurse, then having to book an additional appointment on a different day to see the doctor, surely this could have been 1 appointment with the doctor or a back-to-back appointment with the nurse and doctor.

Was for diabetes check but bloods need to be taken first so was a waste of time for the nurse and myself

Came to the practice to review a recent water sample submitted. Talked to the Doctor. We decided to repeat the test and she would get in touch with eurology in the meantime to ask their thoughts on if an appointment with them would be beneficial. Happy with the process. Many Thanks.

I visited my GP recently to get my results of my x-ray it was explained to me with clarity, I was a bit nervous to start with as had not met this doctor before but soon relaxed with the help of my daughter who was by my side.the doctor also listened to my other ailments with concern and offered advice so Thankyou for that

I felt listened to by the GP. They were extremely helpful regards the HRT I was taking. I had my dosage altered after a thorough discussion and had all questions answered. I also appreciate the after care given by the practice. Thank you.
