I am new to the practice and I find them very good. I was contacted very quickly after doing an online questionnaire and an appointment was given for the same day.i felt that all further tests and appointments were dealt with very quickly. I received excellent service from the GP and the surgery staff. Thank you

I had my little boys first and second injections with the nurse at this practice, the nurse was professional, kind and compassionate and exampled good care. As a new parent it is a nerve wracking time and she put both myself and my little boy as ease and I know do not feel as nervous for our next appointment. Thankyou 😊

I waited less than 10 minutes after my appointment time, so not too bad. The doctor I saw was warm and welcoming. He was intentive and made me feel that my appointment was important to both myself and the practice. This was a follow up appointment following a letter from the cardiac support team, this I thought was good practice indeed. We discussed my condition and he checked that my blood tests etc were all upto date. It was a short meeting and left me feeling great and that the surgery cared for my welfare.

Very easy to make an appointment, and the nurse I saw to take a blood sample did her job really well, so I would definitely recommend our group practice, very clean environment with lots of room for people to sit, lots of magazines to read while you are waiting, + making an appointment is quite straightforward sometimes you might have to wait a few days to get your appointment but all in all it’s a great practice.

I felt completely relaxed and felt as though the dr was listening to me. Taking on how I was feeling and thinking of my needs to getting me back to being me. She explained everything thoroughly and explained the reason for her decision. *****
