  2. Review titled Extremely satisfied!!

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Having been with Commercial way surgery for over 40yrs, I must say that for the past couple of years I had lost faith in the system which was mainly due to the pandemic. However, thank goodness we are now able to see things getting back to some form if normality. Recently both my husband and i have been feeling very unwell for weeks, in the end I rang the surgery, we both were able to obtained an appointment for the following day. In my husbands case he was referred to Kings on a Friday and he had an operation Saturday morning, so without the prompt intervention things could have turned out differently. So, on this note , we both would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to the doctors and staff and to say Welcome back you've all been missed. Thank-you!!

  3. Review titled Ill regards to people suffering with mental health

Rated 1 star out of 5

I visited yesterday and called regarding what I was made aware by a pharmacist as a bacterial infection on my face I phoned up as I haven't had seen a doctor for a while and the receptionist was like I've got an appointment for you today please pop in I have the perfect doctor for you she was so lovely and helpful I was like oh okay no problems I'll pop in I came in she remembered me and was like no problem please take a seat the doctor had called me in and examined me and told me it was a wart and says there's nothing that they can do for me I have to go private etc etc. Fine that's not what the issue was he then continued the conversation as I asked questions and I made the comment that I've had skin issues all my life but nothing like this I was then trying to get on to the further subject of further care of them what I could buy on my own but was meet with the really rude comment of well you already new it was a wart didn't you and there was such a lack emotional empathy to his demeanor like this didn't matter go away I was generally worried like is this going to spread am I contagious etc etc. But that just made me leave because it really affected my mental health my last records are CBT dealing with social anxiety and PTSD of my dad's death and I know they have that as my last entry on my records because my therapist sent them to them and this is how your doctor's deal with patients now I'm really trying to work on my health and making sure that I start looking after myself again but that experience has really made me feel socially exiled from continuing to do so at you surgery I expected the fact that there was nothing you could do for me me but that is unacceptable attitude to take towards anyone in any walk in life and I know my medical records pop up when I walk in because I've been dealing with nexus for nearly 15 years and they where always emotionally aware and alert to there patients that level of attitude is unacceptable.
