Complete waste of a surgery Been trying to register for more than a month due worsening health issues Chased it up multiple times by phone, face to face and by email to no avail Getting the same advice parroted back "go to A&E or call 111", no wonder the emergency services are getting overwhelmed Instead of giving useless safety netting advice, why not do your job and register new patients in appropriate time frames

Where can I start. Trying to reach them on the phone is almost impossible. I was asked to call the surgery regarding blood test results and when I got through they said they could not help me and that I needed to use E Consult. I did that and have not heard back. I went to the surgery and was told I would need to keep calling until they have an appointment free. Let's hope I am still alive by the time I manage to get through.
