I feel very lucky to have such a good surgery in Ackworth. I have always been seen when needed and have never had to wait long for an apt. Today, I popped in to make an appointment and left with the promise of a phone call from a doctor. The doctor called before I'd even arrived home and told me that I could turn the car around and have an apt right away. You can't ask for better then that. Thank you to all of the team

I would like to thank the receptionist who took the time to speak to the doctor and rang me back. Also to the doctor for taking the time to explain everything and prescribing. The best!!

Whilst the media are full of patients having to wait for appointments College Lane excel and usually see you the same day I am amazed how they repeatedly offer such an excellent service I was called in following a blood test and seen by the doctor and a diabetic nurse all within 2/3 days and am receiving on-going advice and follow up The service is simply fantastic Keep it up College Lane

It was neccessary for me to have a blood test. The staff on phone -reception and nurses/doctor were out of this worrld. I have been at this surgery for over 20 yrs and it gets better and better every year. I have had to use them a lot and thank goodness we have such an outstanding team to look after us. Its nearly a pleasure to be ill !!

As always I had a prompt call back from one of the doctors who arranged an appointment for the following day. I’ve been with this surgery for the last four years and honestly can’t fault them.

Arrived at the surgery two minutes late went to the booking in screen tried twice to log in but unsuccessful. Waiting for someone to come to the counter for over ten minutes to be told that I would have to re-book my appointment. I have taken time off work to attend and will have to do so again. Not happy is an understatement I have been visiting the surgery all my life and today must be the first time that the appointment was on time. Not an happy patient. Look forward to you're response.
