I work in a boarding school outside London but have not changed GPs yet so I had limited time to be attended to during a half-term break. The staff at Reception were very understanding once I had explained my situation and kept updating me on 'Appointment Status' till there was a slot for me. I was immediately called; we discussed how long it would take for me to get there and I got seen. Sad some patients are unhappy with their service - so much more buildings and no more GPs in the area must be to blame for that. Overwhelmed; I find the professional and helpful staff at Colindale sometimes!

The care received from this surgery for my elderly father has been wonderful. The admin staff have been efficient and the doctors nothing but caring. Can not fault them, highly appreciated.

Terrible service at Colindale medical centre. Lack of communication between staff, doctors and of course the patients. Expect to add on at least a 45 min wait to your scheduled appointment . Happens on a regular basis, poor management and time keeping.
