Waited in all.day for call off doctor.couldnt even ring back..had emails saying was ringing me +when rang said would ring me.but never.awful practice

Had some serious issues recently, 111 told me once to get an emergency GP appointment which they refused me and told me to go elsewhere. I've needed more apps since and even when I was the first to call I had to wait over a week. That system doesn't work in this doctors anymore unfortunately! They never take you seriously either!

Today (23rd Dec) I needed to contact the surgery. To my surprise my call was answered straight away, I received a telephone consultation within one hour and a follow up face to face appointment with the doctor later in the afternoon. I can’t thank the doctor and the admin staff enough for putting my mind at rest before the holidays.
