    My daughter has anxiety and a few health issues lately - the receptioni staff at Cogges are amazing along with the medical staff and one who has stood out on reception has been particularly helpful recently with getting appointments booked and supporting my daughter. This has made her experience such a positive one - thank you! She deserves this accolade.

    By far the worst practice I have ever had to deal with. Receptionists are so rude and always unwilling to help. I use to dread calling and it’s always a ridiculous wait to be seen even with an appointment booked - understandably there’s some wait but most times it would be almost an hour and when asking at reception it was as though I was the one in the wrong for asking. I have now moved! Best decision ever!!

    Of course there have been frustrations in these difficult times of NHS overload, Covid-19 etc but when the chips are down we have never failed to be impressed and well served by this ‘free at point of use ‘ fantastic service.
