I have been a patient of Cofton Medical Centre for over 35 years now and cannot fault the service. Even during the pandemic the service remained good. I needed to see a Dr urgently. I spoke with receptionist on the phone and I got an appointment within an hour of me calling on that day. I saw the Dr who again was excellent. I feel so lucky to be a patient of Cofton Medical Centre. Keep up the good work.

Since transferring to the practice 4 years ago I have always received great service from doctors with my ongoing ailments. However I wanted to shout out the nursing staff for being so kind and helpful, in particular Jo who is always really understanding during my visits for bloods. I am not the easiest person to look after but I am always shown patience and understanding during my visits.

I have been with this practice about 30 years and I have to say I can't fault it. Yes, it can take a while to get through on the telephone at times, but overall I would say the service is excellent.
