Having recently experienced a water infection together with some other unwanted side effects I was so impressed with the care and attention given to me by all members of the Clinical Team. Particular thanks go to the Asthma Nurse who was extremely thorough in his diagnosis. Hopefully I won’t be needing to visit the surgery again in the foreseeable future. However it is good to know that such a good and comprehensive service is available if needed. Thank you. Alan Smith

Saw the physio today. Very thorough, listened, explained in detail what was wrong and what treatment was needed and answered all questions fully. Also displayed great empathy and patience.

Responding to a message to urgently contact the practice regarding needing to discuss test results I learned I had to wait 7 weeks to see a Doctor. Alternative was the 5 weeks to see a nurse. I am still waiting to know what the issue is and can only hope it’s not urgent or serious and my sympathies go to others in this situation as I assume I’m not alone.

We are pleased to announce that we have now recruited a full clinical team and a new triage system that is expected to increase capacity and over come the issues patients have been experienced during this difficult time.

Virtually impossible to get an appointment on Mondays. On the while their telephone appointment service is poor.
