I called yesterday as my husbands been in significant pain with his arm and shoulder to point of tears. New phone line easy. Receptionist directed us to physio said most appropriate and booked appointment for couple weeks. I was a little disappointed as wanted to see dr but she assured me it was best person to see for this type of pain. I ended up booking same day private appointment with physiotherapist who immediately diagnosed probelm And started a treatment plan. The system for us worked and worked well sound advice from the call. Thankyou

They never answer the phone and if they do no appointments available to call back at 8am still no appointment ,thank god we have 111 without them I wouldn’t be here today ,this doctors surgery is a shambles lack of care and help when your unwell is disgusting

After experiencing pain which was unmanageable on paracetamol and ibuprofen, I contacted the surgery only to be given a telephone appointment two weeks later! I’m not really sure why 111 can deal with patients and this practice cannot!?!?

Results from a 24 hour tape ecg were sent to Martham practice 2nd of august and still not looked at by a doctor. On 11th August I was told by the hospital that results had been sent out 2nd August, receptionist said not received and then said that they had just arrived! She also told me it would be expedited and they would ring me. Did not happen. I feel 15 days (and still heard nothing) is too long to wait for cardio results. Very unhappy.
