    I find it annoying sometimes not being able to book appointments in advance that is my only complaint. Yesterday I visited a new lovely doctor at the practice who spent time going through my problems. It makes such a difference to have a doctor that seems to really care about there patients and I hope to see her again.

    The receptionists and doctors are friendly but it's hard to get an appointment I tried online and specifically said I can't take calls I have awful anxiety around the phone due to autism I requested email/ text yet the triage dr called me and when I didn't answer just closed the request with try again. You need to be more accesible. There's no way to send messages or replies.

    Very shocked by the service I received today while trying to get information about making an appointment. The receptionist was very abrupt more than likely didn't feel like doing her job that day as she just called the deputy manager over instead. To my surprise the next staff member was even more unhelpful, blank stares and no people skills very unprofessional I would of got more help from a brick wall.

  4. Review titled GP is great but receptionists are just awful

    I had a video appointment via LIVI which is a great service but LIVI GP advised that I need to see GP first before I get a referral to a specialist. Trying to call the surgery but receptionist say 'oh we have not received the advise from the LIVI GP. please call back later today.' I call back later and being told to do via their improved website or call next morning because all appointments are fully booked. I tried to book via their website but I have no access to this service!!!!! What the heck is going on with this surgery? They are either on lunch break between 12:30 and 14:30 or unwilling to help and always push back. To all new patients please do yourself a favour and find another surgery.

    getting to speak to one is becoming more and more difficult the line is always busy and when you do finally get through triage is either closed or full up, try again at two, well i try again and same thing very blunt reception sorry we cant help we are full up doesnt matter what you want we are full up. well the surgery had sent me a text to discuss a prescription repeat and i need to get this sorted well i am sorry we are full up is all i get, its friday now so not able to try till tuesday not a satisfactory situation i am aware the reception is not to blame they have guidlines, trying to get one to act on your behalf is becoming more and more difficult extremely stressful and in some cases life threatening.

    Had letter from hospital to arrange an appointment with nurse at surgery. I was amazed how helpfull and the how quickly the apointment was arranged. I feel very sad that receptionest are being treated so badly by patients, this virus has caused no end of problems and we all need to be kinder to each other.
