    After waiting over an hour in the online phone queue, the receptionist tells me there is no appointments left and go to another hub? Ridiculous of them.

    I am sorry if you’ve had a wait for the phones to be answered. We do have a call back facility where the phone system will call when you have reached the front of the queue, this saves waiting on the phone. Simply select the appropriate number when prompted. As well as appointments in the practice, there are a range of appointments available at the hubs including Doctor, Nurse and Nurse Practitioner for example.     I called this practice on behalf of my mother to make an appointment. She has been a patient here for years. The phone system has always been difficult, but the new system is great. You can hang up and be called back and hold your position in the queue.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. This was one of the benefits of the new system, we know it can be frustrating when hanging on the line and this enables patients to continue with their day and receive a call back when they reach the front of the queue.
