Really pleased with the customer service provided by this surgery. All our family members needed travel vaccinations and they were organised quickly. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended practice and we look forward to getting same level of service in future. Thank you.

I rang the surgery on a Monday morning, expecting to wait a long time. However, the phone was answered promptly and courteously by Sarah. She was happy to share with me the GPs available that day, and gave me a phone appt for the same day; when I asked for a face to face appt, she changed it straight away without quibbling, still for the same day. When I arrived at the surgery I was seen on time. Dr Parker was extremely thorough, did not rush me, gave me a whole lot of resources to help me with my condition and spent about 20 mins with me. I am really impressed with the service I received, it could not have been bettered. Thank you Close Farm, keep up the good work!
