I was concerned about some symptoms and found reception / the surgery very responsive getting a Gp to ring me back very quickly and then to see me immediately for an examination. The Gp was thorough and efficient and her opinion was reassuring. I use the pharmacy too for regular prescriptions and they are also always very helpful too. The whole surgery including the other doctors, nurses, health care assistants and physio are excellent and an asset to this village. Thank you all very much for your hard work in challenging times, you are much appreciated.

We cannot praise Clift Surgery enough, always going up and beyond Amazing personalized care, checking every aspect of what might contribute to the symptoms being experienced So helpful, friendly and professional from reception, to nurses and doctors and the pharmacy team - all working to a common goal - the patient, their family and focusing on the best outcome possible. So lovely to know if they say they will do something or come back to you, they will and do. Appreciate sometimes staff are not always treated as they should by others, however they professionally and politely deal with whatever is presented to them. Thank you for always being there and enabling us to function as a family when sometimes that is not the easiest of things to do.

I am so grateful for the excellent care I have received from 22/7/22 From reception staff , who could not have been more helpful and reassuring, through to the nurse and doctor who treated me and the the physiotherapist who supported my rehab - seamless , efficient, effective and compassionate care . I feel so fortunate to be registered as a patient with Clift Surgery .

Great service -from reception staff ,who couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring ,through to nurse ,doctor and physio consultations -seamless , efficient , effective ,compassionate care . I feel very fortunate to be registered as a patient with Clift Surgery .

Excellent practice Always there for patience nothing is to much trouble for all staff Always got an appointment when I’ve needed one Feel very happy to be under Clift surgery They are excellent in every way Reception staff ,pharmacy staff, doctors, nurses,physio they all work together and give you the best advice
