    I've been getting deliveries of repeat prescriptions for the last 7 years from Pharmacy2u and, almost every time, there is a delay by this medical practice of getting prescriptions authorised. On contacting the Cliff House they give no reason for the delay. And then, usually, after contacting them, the repeat prescription is authorised. Perhaps they need to review their prescription authorisation processing .....

    As soon as you walk into the surgery you see the receptionist which he was very friendly. The first impression you get is so important. The nurse was lovely and made me feel relaxed. Very good Doctors who listen to you, and all staff are lovely as well. I also think the AskmyGP is such a good service as well. A lovely surgery would recommend .

    I attended the surgery for a routine blood test. Booking an appointment was easy, check in was efficient, the receptionist was extremely helpful when I had queries, the nurse carrying out the blood test was very competent and very 'human'. I have been with this practice for many years and in my experience it has got much better. I highly recommend it.

    A splendid caring and very helpful service, the doctors and nurses very kind and considerate with a most pleasant receptionist who deserves special praise - so busy yet so caring and considerate. Unlike so many other practices it is relatively easy to get through on the telephone. I am so pleased with the service that has done everything to help me with my medley of maladies.

    I've been with this surgery since moving to the area a few years ago. Every myself or a family member has needed the surgery they have been helpful, efficient and friendly. Possibly the best GP surgery I've been registered with.
