I have been with this practice now for nearly 10 years.. the staff are friendly and helpful, i have never had a problem in getting an appointment, just last week i used e consult, i got a call within an hour offering me a face to face appointment with the next hour.. the doctor was great and very helpful.. i honestly cannot fault Clerkenwell Medical practice

I filled a E-consult form in at 9am, they rang me 15 minutes later, and offered me an appointment for my daughter 2 hours later, incredible. The doctor was highly professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Prescription sent straight to the pharmacy, so no paperwork. Fantastic all round service.

Great doctors let down by administrative mess. The receptionists (really all of them) are making a mess of they job. Since registering with the clerkenwell medical pratice in only a few years I had to deal with them losing some of my important medical records, not offering any apologies for it or solutions which was extremely distressing. Forgot to contact clinic for referrals, sent my details for a physio appointment instead of an ultrasound by mistake, again no apologies it's now been a 2 months wait because no one there knows to do the admin for a referral properly. The management doesn't seem to take any action on compliance, quality of work or service delivered. Overall either those receptionists need more training or a better work ethic but as it stands it is shocking that simple tasks like filling a document or a simple referral can not be completed.

I've been registered with this practice for over 6 years and I have only had good experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, I've never had problems with the waiting times and the doctors are great. Compared to other medical practices I've been with, Clerkenwell is by far the best!
