I have had 2 infections that have been left for over 2 weeks, which is causing me pain and unable to walk and sleep, i have come numerous times for the same things and no one ever did any swabs of the area, until now 2 weeks in and i’m at my worst and they finally have swab results and i have 2 infections in my private area, and i finally got a prescription that i needed 2 weeks ago! i have called 3 times in one day to pest them to sort my prescription out before the weekend, but it took all day for them to sort it, i feel i have been neglected.

Rang up for appt and was seen the same day Was referred for MRI and got appt the next week. Results came through 4 days later and relayed back to me Got referred to St Hughs and an appointment for there has just come through! This experience has been totally different , ( waiting for a clinical diagnosis 2 years later on my wrist and seeing 7 different doctors at Princess Diana Hospital ) I felt I have been listened to The receptionists are always polite, helpful and never a queue to wait hours in. I have recently transferred from another practice after being there over 20 years. This has been a very positive move Thank you

Over the last several months I have had inaccurate blood tests taken, lost letters, no GP follow up, I have had to chase the practice on multiple occasions, poor communication, inconsistency, assurance of call back but failure to do so. Having to constantly speak to different GPS who have not read my medical history. Most contact with a GP is over the phone - waiting rooms look empty when you do get an appointment (despite limited appointment available). To be frank I have been so shocked at how bad this practice has become.

I had cause to ring the surgery yesterday regarding an on going medical condition and the receptionist who took my call was very polite and helpful advising me that the Doctor would make contact later in the day on my preferred number which was verified at the time. A short time later a Doctor contacted me to discuss my medical condition and to agree a way forward. The Doctor explained the best course of action and also listened to my own personal views. The Doctor was polite and confirmed my understanding by asking questions and giving me a detailed update on actions the practice had already taking with other departments within the NHS. All together a very positive experience again from This practice. Thanks to all who provide a wonderful service. Keep up the great work you all do.

I contacted the surgery to see a doctor for a personal problem. The Receptionist was very polite and reassuring, and told me that my message will be passed to an appropriate clinician to review, I was a bit anxious whether my problem will be heard at all or whether I will be contacted back at all. I was contacted within next hour but I was unable to answer the phone, and I thought my problem will not be addressed although I received a message to say that I will be contacted again. The Doctor called me back second time after another 45minutes and listened to me and arranged some tests and arranged an appointment to see me. The whole process was so smooth in contrary to what I heard about this surgery. Can't thank you more xxxxx The only request: please keep it up xxxxx I will highly recommend :)))

Currently on absence from work with ongoing Back issue, and the Practice have offered a first class service in the way of fulfilling my medication requests, and the speed in which I receive my Sickness certificates for my company. Highly recommended

I saw the nurse who advised a scan, was contacted the same day for a scan appointment for the next day (Saturday), I had a call from the Practice on the Monday morning with the result! Fantastic service

This has to be one of the best surgery’s in the country. I never have any problems getting through, and they always call back when they say they will. Always very polite ,friendly, and knowleagable. They also sorted my cancer out very quickly by getting me into hospital very soon after my diagnosis. Now reading all clear after losing most of one lung and having chemo and radiotherapy. I cannot praise Clee medical enough.

The doctor was amazing. He explained everything to me answered all my questions, took the time to see me as I just walked with a query. I'm so pleased I had a chance to be seen. Very happy with all outcome of the meeting.

Helpful receptionists, call from doctor and appointment offered two hours later today. My husband and I have needed many appointments this year, many with the nurses. The doctors at this practice are superb, take time to talk and explain and definitely make patients feel confident with the treatment offered.
