Over the last 18 months I have seen significant improvements across all aspects of delivery. Including the professional, and importantly, the kindly, timely and helpful way staff deal with those needing help and advice. The doctor(s), nurses and others who work at the sharp end of delivery are professional, caring, understanding and highly skilled within their specialism. Well done and thank you.

Personally the surgery has been very positive and quick in supporting my health needs. As a member of the claverley village good neighbours' scheme I have found staff extremely helpful and efficient with a range of queries. Waiting seems to be a thing of the past as all appointments I have attended for myself and with others have been on time. Thank you.

Thought I had a appointing with a doctor to examine a lump on my testicle. Had the exam, he couldn't find the loop and appeared to be googling what to do. Turns out he was a pharmacist. Referred me for an ultrasound at the local hospital. Being utterly unconvinced I saw a specialist privately, who found it, not cancer and no ultrasound required.

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. I am sorry you thought you were booked in to see a GP and were seen by a different clinician. As you can see from our recent reviews we have worked very hard to ensure we are providing a high standard of care. This is reflected in our previous reviews from our patients. Please could we ask that you get in touch with the surgery directly to discuss your experience. We do not have a male Pharmacist working at this practice and we haven't done so for the best part of 8 months so we would like to investigate this review with you further. I phoned at 10.15 this morning , phone answered immediately and got appointment for 11 o’clock and given antibiotics for nasty chest infection, brilliant service and people

I went to the surgery and asked when the doctor that runs this practice will be available only to be told he is still on holiday and no one knows when he is coming back. Little wonder so many people comment they cant get an appointment. What is he getting paid for?

After having the Flu and Covid in quick succession, I now have a chest infection I just cannot move. I have tried to get an appointment but as usual no luck. I am told to ring the next day at 2 o'clock to see if there is an available slot. So this puzzles me. If there are no slots available, how many times do I have to be told I cant have an appointment? Furthermore, how man calls can be answered at 2 o'clock? If I call and got no answer because someone else is booking the emergency appointment, then I cant get an appointment! I would question how many GPs you have on duty each day. Is that a question you are willing to answer? Whatever the answer its clearly not enough any more. When the previous doctor managed the surgery, you could always get a same day appointment, but then there was at least 3 GPs on duty every day. Disgusting unhelpful uncaring service.
