After being treated by 111 , I was told to phone my surgery to talk to someone about pain relief , so I spoke to Holyport , got through without too much holding on and they arranged a call back . The Prescribing Pharmacist called me back in a timely manner and went through all the options and recommended the best course of action for me . It was a great service.

I suffer from anxiety and the staff at Claremont have been amazingly kind and understanding. I had a test result and quickly had a doctor phone me to put my mind at rest. Thank you Claremont

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the receptionist who took care of my child a newborn while I popped to the pharmacy next door where it was manic. A true lifesaver thank you also for dealing with my issues discreetly and properly. It really means a lot.

so I am so happy that I am a patient of this surgery. I went in for my appointment and was asked to hand in my blood pressure reading which I didn't know how to do the lovely new receptionist at Claremont, the lovely receptionist helped me do my blood pressure reading and sensibly dealt with a long cue. May I just say how much maturity she had whilst patients were shouting at her and the way the receptionist dealt with everything, a true star.

Claremont receptionist are lovely especially one who has started, mature and sensible had an appointment and had a prescription query and dealt with it and helped me after I came from my appointment. Claremont you have a truly hardworking receptionist truly special. very bright and always ready to help. willing to apologise when things are wrong and works to find a solution, the receptionist is very helpful. doesn't let rude patients get to her and works hard when the practise gets busy. over ten years of being a patient at this practice have never saw such a efficient and lovely receptionist, Claremont knows who it is dont lose someone so amazing. has made a true impact on the surgery. Knows how to deal with utterly rude patients and thats what's a part of the job,

I submit this review to resonate my experience at the GP practice having received excellent medical and nursing care to aid post-op mobility and promote recovery. My experience also acknowledges the support and 'duty of care' from all the patient services within the GP practice including medical advice, prescriptions, Reception/telephone enquiries and referrals to other Health Care professionals in order to maintain my health and well-being.

E-consulted for treatment for sinusitis based on my past medical history seeking antibiotics. Dealt with quickly remotely and treatment is proving very effective. Thank you for confidence and skill to prescribe remotely, really appreciated
