I was asked to use the practice site to write any issues I had with the service I had received. When I did I was told that my expectations were unreasonable and if I repeated the request ( for a more comprehensive look at all my issues at one consultation and not 1 on its own at each visit) I would be removed under zero tolerance policy.

New patient here and have a great experience each time I have contacted the surgery with friendly receptionists and caring doctors. Had my appointment and tests all within one week! Really happy I joined here, keep up the good work!

I have requested to speak with my GP as a result from a referral feedback, I suffer from a condition that could potentially render me blind and the receptionist isn't listening as it was important I spoke with the GP. Booking centre says there's a year long wait ad my GP has only put in referral as routine, my medication needs reviewing and my previous Ophthalmologist said I must get my eyes checked in ophthalmology clinic eblvery 6months. I'm trying to explain this and receptionist is telling me she'll have to discuss with secretary and get back to me, they do not understand how depressing it is not to be able to get the care that you need at thr right time. These crop of staff need to be trained. If anything happens to me, I will be holding the entire GP and NHS liable and would pursue this to the full extent of the law. I'm on medication that requires reviewing with blood tests, I have previously had this conversation with the GP and I was told they cannot adjust my treatment unless I'm seen by the specialist, same specialist that you have made a routine referral to after waiting for almost 4months.

Reheating the current medication without reviewing patient's file. The doctor prescribed half of the dose without reason. Poor communication as didn't allow me to discuss with the doctor or even checking the reason with the doctor.

Getting worse day by day. Cancel appointments at the last minute as GP not available having waited just to talk on the phone. Cannot walk-in and book . Entrance has bin with patient samples any child can open. Website link here information incomplete and not up to date. Staff information not shown as no staff.

We always encourage our patients to leave feedback directly with the surgery to allow us to work with you to find a resolution to your issues and improve the patient experience for all. We have not cancelled any appointments due to GP not available. Appointments can be booked at the reception desk, feel free to attend, although most of our patients find calling via telephone more convenient. We do have a clinical waste bin in the reception area which is present to allow our patients to safely dispose of their personal protective equipment such as facemasks. This is an important measure to reduce the spread of respiratory illnesses. Our website is regularly updated. I have newly joined the practice having had really bad service at my previous GP practice. I have had 3 appointments so far and all have been excellent and all have been on time. I was able to book a future appointment online, which is a great service. The doctors I have seen have been really friendly and helpful. The surgery itself feels calm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this GP practice.

The practice have always been great at managing my requests and help me get the right care. The admin team always call back. The two doctors here are really caring and do the extra mile for you, have really helped with my health this year. The social prescriber has helped me to get involved in local projects and I feel so happy. I couldn't ask for anything more under one roof, a practice that cares about you on the outside and inside. Please keep up the brilliant work City Road team!

Great if you do not need to see a GP quickly. Conversations on the phone can be heard while waiting in reception. Dark entrance at the back, no lights outside. Cold waiting area. Appointments are rushed, can’t discuss fully my concerns, not happy that I write down before I visit feel you are just a number.
