  1. Review titled Awful treatment

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have extreme throat pain, I can barely swallow, I lost my voice, and I am coughing regularly. I treated this following the NHS website advice with covonia, ibuprofen and a lot of liquid; for the past five days, the symptoms are worsening. I filled out the form requesting to see a GP. To my surprise, I have been referred to see a pharmacist ... and of course, I needed to call for an appointment. As I don't have a voice, no one can hear me. I needed to ask a neighbour to call on my behalf and wait on the line for 45 min until I received an answer. It is unreasonable that I cannot see my GP with these types of symptoms; it seems they want to force people to go private... This is not the first time it has happened in this clinic, and I need to start looking for a more reliable one before something worse happens.

The Surgery has gone through some major changes and has improved all out now and the doctors seems to very helpful. The Practise staff are friendly and supportive even though it is a very busy Health Centre they try their best to help.

I waited 1 hour 8 minutes and 6 seconds in a telephone queue When someone picked up the phone they cut me off, not the first time either I will have to change change practice.
