    I called for an appointment for my son and daughter age 13 and 4. both needed face to face appointments they booked my sons and said we don’t have any appointments for your daughter I said her chest needs listening too so can’t be done over the phone her reply well cancel your sons then and give that to her! How ridiculous so bad.

    The GPs at this practice in general are very good and helpful. Unfortunately, there is one practitioner who I was quite unhappy with during my appointment. The practitioner was dismissive and gave the impression that they did not want to listen. I wasn't able to explain my difficulties as I kept being cut off and the appointment felt very rushed. This made me feel more anxious than I had already been feeling. It's a shame, considering that all the other GPs I have had an appointment with previously at this practice have been good.

    Dear patient Many thanks for your overall good review, l am sorry that you have had an issue with one of our GPs at consultation which caused you to feel anxious. If you would like to come and speak to me in the surgery you are more than welcome and in the meantime l will be raising your review at our next clinical meeting and reminding all Clinicians of the need for understanding and allowing time for patients in general Many thanks for bringing this to our attention Regards Marion Gower Practice Manager
