    I have not seen my doctor for over a year no, Every time I ring I'm then on hold over 30minutes to always be told there's no appointments, Just passed straight to 111 with out being asked what is wrong or even being offered for doctor to call. Obviously a small surgery with to many patients

    Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you have had difficulty in accessing our appointment system to see or speak to a doctor, and also having to wait in the queuing system for your call to be answered. Our telephone lines are extremely busy particularly between the hours of 8am – 11am. All call handlers manage the calls as quickly and efficiently as possible ensuring they give each caller the time that is needed to manage their requests. We operate a booking on the day appointment system and we can also offer pre bookable appointments for the Saturday clinic at a nearby practice. We offer 100-120 appointments a day. When all the appointments have been filled due to full capacity reception staff are advised to ascertain from the patient what their symptoms are and will seek medical advice from the duty doctor team based on the clinical urgency of each case. I apologise that you were not informed or asked what the reason was when you contacted the practice and this will be feedback to the team and reminded to follow protocol. Any non-urgent routine cases patients will be asked to call back the following day or call 111 for medical attention if they feel they cannot wait until the next day. If you still require medical attention please contact the practice on 0208 430 7020 or you may wish to complete an e consultation when available by visiting our practice website on www.churchillmedical.nhs.uk If you would kindly make yourself known to the practice and ask to speak with the Interim Practice Manager Shirley Stewart or you can send an email for my attention at nelondonicb.churchillhealthcare-enquiries@nhs.net I would be happy to discuss this further.     I recently had a telephone appointment with the surgery pharmacist. She was lovely to speak to and has a kind and thorough approach. I felt well cared for and reassured. My overall experience with Churchill Surgery is always positive.

    Appointment with nurse Deirdre. Very professional, has a very calming caring manner. The practice offers a variety of services appointments available either face to face or telephone. I have found that by taking the time to learn how the practice operates if I have a medical issue that needs addressing I do not have a problem speaking with a doctor. I plan for my routine appointments in advance, make sure I ask who is the best person to deal with my issue example could a nurse deal with this for me. Keep up the good work. Thank you for providing a great service in very difficult times.

    Able to see a Dr face to face as various issues re stroke, asthma and possible heart issues. Spent time going through issues and awaiting follow up consultations including blood tests

    We were on time for our flu vaccines and were ushered in immediately. Our details were checked and agreed. My wife was first and mine followed shortly. Absolutely no problems and were soon on our way home.

    Attended for my flu vaccination. Arrived 4 minutes early, was greeted immediately by nurse. Both nurses very friendly, had a little joke and left 2 minutes later, vaccination complete.
