The nurse who took my bloods today is an outstanding nurse—skilled, diligent, and incredibly gentle. Since she started taking my bloods, she’s never had to insert the needle twice, which is a refreshing change from my past experiences. Her expertise with difficult veins is second to none, and she’s truly an asset to Church View Medical Centre. The rest of the staff were also excellent and very caring. I had lost something during my visit, and they took the time to listen and help me look for it—which they eventually found. I really appreciate their kindness and attention. Thank you!

Dr was incredibly through and listened attentively to.all my concerns,explaining everything clearly and making me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and truly appreciated the time they took to answer all my questions

I’m glad the old telephone system is gone. Ive used the callback feature this week and is life changing!! I longer have to spend ages on hold, they call you back instead. Great!!

What a great idea for Saturday blood clinic. I was so glad to book in and attend my appointment on bank holiday Saturday! Didn’t need to take any time off from work. Appointment went smoothly and no delays. Thank you
