I called into the surgery yesterday to ask what was the best way to get something for my sinuses. The lovely receptionist suggested I use the new system by going to a designated chemist for some help. I went to Williamsons and the lady I saw was very helpful and gave me some medication. Brilliant system for minor problems. Thank you everyone!!

I have had maybe 3 call back requests in the last year. Every single one has either been late or just never been acted on. I am unable to request an appointment, I must request a call from a doctor to see how sick I am, but I never get the call and so I am left with either figuring it out myself or rushing to the hospital. Might as well just not have a doctor at this point. Beyond disappointing.

Drs appointment on 27/3/23 at 12 noon. Not feeling good at all and I am being made to weight for over an hour. If you are over an hour late for your appointment you loose it! Why is it that Doctors can run so late with their appointments. No apology you're just told - "Doctor running late"

The Virtual Ward is an excellent idea and during my recovery from Covid it was very reassuring to know a Dr or Nurse was monitoring my progress. Great team work. Thank you for all your care and kindness.
