Excellent care from my GP here. Went through in detail my recent hospital stay and explained next steps and how she can support and timelines. Really caring nature, proactive in what support there is and what next steps I need to take. Surgery team are really friendly, easy to get appointments using online services and quick to get response or appointment. Am so grateful to have found such an excellent surgery and the perfect GP.

I was concerned about one item on my repeat prescription and decided to drop in a written note of explanation to the surgery, as I thought that there was no need to take up the Doctor's time on the phone or in person. Within a few hours I had received a text on my mobile to say that the requested change had been made. I don't believe that it would would be possible to improve on that very helpful and prompt response. I have always been very happy with this surgery.

On a visit to the nurse for my annual check up I was seen promptly and treated courteously and professionally. My questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Face to face, understood my problems and delt with them efficiently and saw me on the same day. Referrals written to outside agencies for further treatment and diagnosis

A wonderful little surgery, excellent, friendly, kind and caring staff. Can book appointments and be seen face to face within a couple of days. Various illnesses going on within our family but looked after very well and could not ask for more. Thank you

The GP has good empathy with his patients. In my case, following eConsult, he called me, made fairly accurate assessment based on the information I could give him and referred me for a MRI and ultimately to a consultant for further investigation. He reported back to me just as soon as the results became available.

On the date quoted I was seen by Dr Marshall who completed a thorough examination which resulted in referral to a specialist. I cannot speak too highly of the attitude and efficiency of all staff in the practice. My wife has also been seen and concurs with my views and we have great confidence the monitoring of our health.
