This surgery has gone above and beyond for my Son.Thanks to the efficient and professional nature of his GP he has been able to access the mental health support he has needed for years. We have also had appointments with a physiotherapist and nurse who again were both caring and professional. Thank you Church Road Surgery for providing an amazing service to the community of Aston

Our whole family have been coming to Church Road for 10 years. We have been treated with dignity and respect, and always had a positive experience here. The staff from the front all the way through to the dentist have provided us with the highest levels of care. We couldn't recommend them any higher.

  4. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

We have been with this surgery for a while and our experiences have consistently been positive. We have always recieved care and advice promptly when required. Last week, our toddler developed a high temperature alongside chickenpox. Although the general advice for chickenpox is self-care, the GP at this practice asked us to go in for an appointment as they were concerned about the high temperature and wanted to carry out checks to ensure it was nothing to worry about. After doing this,I was given advice on medication, care and when to seek medical assistance/care again. Following this appointment,a few days later I was worried about my sons skin as it looked far worse than what my experience of chickenpox had been. I was able to send my concerns and pictures online and once again, they were quick to respond and prescribed antibiotics on the same day as it was a secondary bacterial infection. I would highly recommend this practice, all staff are polite and helpful which makes the whole experience good.

  5. Review titled Fantastic surgery and staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have always been able to get an appointment never have had to hold for long. The staff are friendly in reception. The practise nurse is in touch with me regularly and whenever I need she calls me back to discuss issues. I have found the Drs to be very caring and understand my health requirements. My Dr at the surgery is one of the best Drs I have ever had. He takes his time, listens and understands. He has always made me feel relaxed and I know I am in good hands. I am a diabetic and generally require more attention. I feel I receive the right treatment and and I am cared for and feel valued as a patient.

Despite the pressures of covid and government cutbacks each time I call to book an appointment the receptionists fit me in and doctors are professional and very caring compared to my last 2 general practices definitely a 5 star rating for this bunch.
