   could not even speak to a duty doctor tried calling the reception finally got through 40 mins. later

   Dear Danny, Thanks for your review. Our phone lines are continuously busy and reception staff are constantly answering the phone. The duty doctor line is open only between 8.30 and 9 am and between 11.30 am and 12 noon. We are sorry you had to wait for a long time to get through. We have a e-consult service on our website. This can be used for clinical and administrative queries. You will get a response by the end of the next working day.
