Im not very happy with this practice at all , I’m type 1 diabetic meaning I need regular amounts of insulin and the doctors have taken it off my prescription and then I request it they seem to do nothing , they have lost many confidential forms ,discharge papers .

Awful practice, can never get appointments Rude, very rude receptionists! When you do finally see Dr they don’t understand why you haven’t been sooner!

For weeks professionals and family have been asking for medical records on someones behalf. They kept saying they are not existent on the system when they had bloods taken and had appointments at the hospital. Truth is they just couldnt be bothered too help or find anything because we have rang today and a nice man answered the phone and got them up on the system straightaway. Apart from the man that helped, you need better staff. Your all clearly lazy and not helpful. Sort it out
