Refused to give me repeat prescription of the pill so had to buy it online and they give me appointments when they are closed (2pm). Never answer the phone either. How are they still open?

  2. Review titled Thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Hello Thank you all, especially for what you are doing for my husband. For someone who would never even take a pill for a headache he has accepted that to stay alive and well, he must take the medication he has been asked to take. Thank you all

  3. Review titled Nurse appointment

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had an appointment with the nurse yesterday at Temple End. Despite my cerebral palsy and my difficulty keeping still, she managed to get my stitches out with no fuss at all. Please pass on my thanks!

  4. Review titled Refused to help 100-year old patient

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Susan - Posted on 13 October 2022

My 100 year old mother lives on her own and has no relatives nearby. She has a nasty looking cyst or ulcer on her foot which her carer has sent me a photo of. I requested the nurse or doctor to look at in case she needs antibiotics. The surgery absolutely refuse to send someone to see her and can only offer a telephone consultation, which is no use at all to a woman of her age. It needs to be seen! This is disgraceful and neglectful!

Returned for results for my blood test - quick and easy registration with friendly receptionists - called in on time by the nurse, again, friendly and professional. Good advice given.

My mother (aged 94) has had extremely good care over recent months from the doctors, nurses and reception staff. Things are not easy for her and they are all extremely helpful.

Despite all the problems at the moment prescription and admin staff were extremely helpful when I was having a problem getting a particular drug. I had to ask for assistance a number of times and was sometimes very stressed, but staff were always polite and helpful.

  9. Review titled Great Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I cannot praise this surgery enough. From the receptionists to the Advanced Nurse Practitioners to the Doctors who have all been fantastic. I have had reason to call or visit quite often recently and they have all been brilliant. So kind and caring. A breath of fresh air compared to what I have heard about other surgeries.
