After 30 mins on the phone I am trying to book an appointment as I am Pregnant and I explain the lady I cannot book This with my phone and she Refused to book on the phone !!!! Shame on you!!!! Shame shame shame . You supposed to help people especially if I have no internet!!!!!! Make me sick.

If you are tempted to register with this practice, don't. The phone is never answered. Never. You have to actually go to the practice at 8am to get an appointment and even then it is only possible to book 48 hours in advance. I had a mental health emergency so was told I would be contacted on the same day. The appointment was then cancelled at the time it should have been happening. I managed to get one the next day - after some persuading - and was called by the doctor while I was in reception waiting to go in. He thought it was a telephone appointment. What great communication between the practice manager and the doctor. The doctor was fine when I got in but honestly, I have no faith in this practice at all. Avoid.

This practice is awful. Even if you are the first person to call the practice, there are *never* any appointments for you ever and always tell you to call the next day fist thing in the morning and once you do no appointments available again. Absolutely useless. I don’t understand why it’s there.
