   I had an appointment with a physician but kept me waiting for one hour and I didn’t know who’s in charge to talk, I had to leave there without being seen, very disappointed.

   Atrocious service. You can’t get through to reception cause they either don’t answer or “user busy” comes up but when you go in there’s no one at reception and they’re having a get together lunch… completely ignoring you cause they’re “on break”. The doctors brush you off. I had an over the phone emergency appt booked by 111 and heard “okay we’ll sort that out later, bye”. This practice was good previously, I’m looking for a new practice for my family.
