    We came to Chestfield Practice for the travel clinic services to receive jabs for our upcoming holiday. We couldn't get all the appointments for the family in one day, however, the nurse was able to fit us in providing extra time at the end of the day. We received concise professional advice and jabs on the spot. Now I feel we are fully covered for our trip. Thank you for going the extra mile and giving us peace of mind.

    As a temporary patient at the practice I have found the difference in care to be remarkable compared to my usual surgery. At Chestfield I have managed to make appointments, both face to face and via telephone, tests were carried out promptly and results reported back in a timely fashion. As an example I cannot usually make an appointment for a routine blood test in less than 3 weeks at my previous practice. I am very grateful to the team at Chestfield for all their care and attention. My usual practice would benefit from visiting Chestfield Medical Centre to benefit from their example.

    My experience over the last year has been second to none. Cannot fault the care that I’ve had from my GP as well as all the staff.

    A house move meant a very reluctant change of Practice for me..Chestfield Medical Practice is caring,well run and excellent in so many ways.They listen and you feel you matter.

    Having attended the clinic the service I received was outstanding. My concerns were listened to and the pyshiotherapist was extremly helpful and understanding. It was an example of the NHS at its best.

    Absolutely brilliant service. Treated me with care and respect. Dealt with my problem without fuss. I was seen on the day I telephoned and referred to the hospital within hours. Will always be thankful for this Medical Centre.

    I was made an appointment by the receptionist to come for my b12 injection on 08/08/2022 today but the nurse informed me it’s 2 weeks early and she can’t do it the receptionist told me I must of made the appointment but I told her they make the appointments not me I definitely wouldn’t of gone there in this heat with my medical problems I ask her to ask my doctor so I waited and she informed me she couldn’t find him so unprofessional!!!

    My wife fell outside the practice after an appointment and we were amazed at the response time - a few seconds 4 staff including 2 doctors had a wheelchair there and were attending to her. We were so pleased with how helpful and kind everyone was.
