   I arrived and was greeted by two friendly ladies on reception. However, whilst sitting in the waiting room I could hear them discussing patient's medical records. One lady took a phone call from a patient, then discussed loudly with her colleague whilst ridiculing the patient in an insulting voice. I overheard a patient's name and details of their confidential results and medication. I believe that because I could not be seen from the office, they believed that they could not be heard. Probably more audible because the self-closing door to the office was wedged open.
