Been with surgery for years but since changing to Bosworth Medicial Centre you can't speak to anyone just sit and wait in a phone queue to be told no appointments, when you do speak to a doctor they don't bother reading your notes so have no idea of your history so you have to explain in every call, repeat prescriptions are never right which causes more stress and angry calls. Just as well they aren't accepting new patients they can't look after the patients they already have. This opinion isn't just my most recent contact this has been going on for months.

This surgery is fantastic. I registered there about 6 months ago after moving house and every single time I have needed an appointment, I've gotten one within an appropriate time with no fuss. I have been registered with a few different doctors surgeries over the years and have never found it so easy to communicate with a practice. The doctor and nurses I have seen there listen properly to my enquiries, the receptionists are friendly and polite. I've never had to wait a ridiculous length of time for someone to answer the phone and they don't make you wait too long for your appointment when you're in the surgery either. I'm not always the best at planning and when I've had to cancel appointments previously it's been easy and painless. They frequently communicate about the services available to me and I feel like I'm receiving the best care possible. Could not recommend enough.
