1. Review titled great doctor but the worst receptionists ever

   called to request my mums medical records and the receptionists were so rude and unhelpful, they seem to think it is ok to talk to people like the way they do. they have zero customer service skills, they provided me with misleading information and they have the wrong attitude especially dealing with the elderly patients they have attending the surgery. we were requested to email in and then after chasing them advised it could 7 days and only the manager can deal with our request who is never available to speak with.
