    I had an ear infection so I called GP The receptionist was fantastic and arranged for me to see nurse who was amazing and antibiotic spray was suggested? An hour later I was at home applying it !

    Apart from great telephone calls from GP the rest of the service was awful. I have to wait for more than 3 months for this appointment and nobody after this call taking their time to ensure I’ve got a follow up appointment regardless my injury. Apart from a measly text message and no one responded my email regarding my complaint too.

    I saw one of your doctors on 10 December at Chatfield. I was very pleased with my appointment, the doctor was most kind and patient and listened attentively to my concerns, he gave me a thorough examination and told me to request at reception for an ECG & blood test, on leaving I felt reassured that I was in good hands and was being well looked after.

    Everyone is keen to help make you feel comfortable and find procedures as painless and trouble free as possible. I have complete trust in everyone I have had contact with and feel they are working in my best interests. I am grateful to them for their kindness in diagnosing my condition, especially with my catheter complications which I now have no problems with.

    Excellent experience with my phone consultation. My Doctor spent time understanding my history and medication, was caring and reassuring and processed everything very quickly. I felt very fortunate to have access to this service.

    Dr rang on time. Explained results of recent Liver and Kidney scan. DR made sure I understood results and what I needed to do by asking questions and Explained what actions he needed to take which he did as I had an email stating he had made a referral. At all times he was friendly and made sure I understood and was happy to answer any questions.

    I am 84 years of age and I attended the practice last week in order to be examined for my annual medical review. This was undertaken by a nurse who was extremely pleasant and courteous, and who undertook all that was required for my review over the course of 30 to 35 minutes. I left feeling I had been in very good hands. This is typical of the excellent service I receive from this practice.
