This surgery has always been good with appointments. but right now I find myself without being able to book an appointment as there aren't any current ones. I have had flu and COVID and I have a problem with my left ear and I should have been able to access a doctor but no appointments I have been too poorly to even battle with phone calls so booking online as I used to would have been an easier option for me. Already trying to change surgeries.

The reception team go above and beyond and the advanced nurses are incredible!! They have done more for my 94 year old terminally ill mother than any of the drs !!!!

One of the reception team went above and beyond to sort out my prescription order today. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently and she was polite, friendly and helpful.

My mother and I have been registered at Charter Medical Centre for several years. Over these years we have seen considerable improvement in provision of care and service to patients. From reception staff to nurses, doctors, clinical pharmacists everybody is extremely friendly, responsive to patient needs and provide high quality care. The website is kept up to date, booking both online and in-person appointments is convenient and care of patients is your first concern. The clinical staff keep their professional skills and knowledge up to date. Throughout the pandemic we received highest quality of care with staff working sincerely and tirelessly never compromising on patient care. We would like to extend a huge thank you to each one of you.

I cannot fault the care and treatment I have received this past week from staff at Charter Medical practice when they discovered I was very anaemic after a routine blood test. I have been with Charter for nearly 5 years and have received excellent attention throughout that time even in the height of the COVID pandemic. I would recommend it to others.

My consultation was a phone-call which was up-graded to a visit to the practitioner. The practitioner was very thorough and put my mind completely at ease as well as explaining thourougly what had happened to my shoulder. The advice he gave me has really been helpful and comforting.

A general shortage of the medicines I need, led to the medicines not been available at my named pharmacist. I tried a number locally which were out of stock but found one with 2 packs left, but not able to save for me until I presented a prescription. The Charter prescription team, raised the necessary prescription, got it signed and into the pharmacists hands in 35 mins. I got one of the last packs of meds. Thank you, much appreciated
