after leaving my old surgery after concerns I joined Charnwood Surgery, to my amazement I was offered appointments that suited my working hours and was even seen on a Sunday. Recently my daughter also joined the practice. She was also seen quickly on a Sunday as she works full time. It is so refreshing to now visit or call this surgery knowing that I a not going to be met with the usual " call back at 8am tomorrow for an appointment for that day" ( which historically meant that I would call at 8am wait in line for approx 40 mins to be cut off just as I reached position number 1!) I wish I had joined this practice sooner. All the staff are super helpful and friendly... just how GP surgeries used to be. Carry on the good work Charnwood Surgery!

Excellent, friendly service from the moment I walked in. The receptionist went out of her way to help me. My daughter was seen and treated quickly. Thank you!

Having been with local practice for 30 years which has declined badly, I was being ignored by the doctor there, even though my symptoms were serious. I registered with Charnwood Practice and within 24 hours of meeting my new GP, I was in Glenfield Hospital having an ECG which showed an abnormality. I cannot thank the doctor and all the staff enough at Charnwood Surgery, who are all dedicated and excellent. For the first time in many years, I am being treated as if I am important to them. Bless you!
