    First of all I was booked 2 appointments the reception told me that she don’t know about my 2 appointments and then I was waiting so long for 40 minutes, the reception didn’t give me the blood test form as doctor said. My appointment was at 5:45 and the doctor called me at 6:25 the patient was left the doctor room long time and I was still waiting and then after receptionist told me they are closed and didn’t give me the blood test form It is horrible service

    I called to have my prescription altered because the pharmacy where my prescription was sent informed me that the medication I had been prescribed was not in stock in the UK. The receptionist stated that the surgery pharmacist said the medication was available in the UK and therefore the pharmacy should give me the medication was available. I made her aware that I was no longer at the pharmacy and asked if they could relay the information to the pharmacy. The receptionist rudely told me that this was my medication and therefore the surgery could not contact the surgery on my behalf. She was extremely rude, talked over me and wouldn’t let me talk. I pointed out that she was upsetting me and she sarcastically said ‘oh so you are upset’. She didn’t apologise and stated that she had done nothing wrong. I was shocked at her extreme rudeness. I told her that I was going to file a complaint and asked for the complaint procedure. She made it abundantly clear that she wanted to end the call.
