This practice has been responsible for my mothers care, she has altzheimers, is disabled and has extremely poor eyesight. The doctors at this practice will not do home visits even when asked, and instead, try to manipulate medication over the phone which has resulted in my mother being hospitalised on 3 seperate occasions. We have been trying for several days to contact this practice for assistance, and after waiting for an hour in a que, you eventually either get cut off or the phone rings constantly for hours with no answer.

I had a chesty cough and rang at 08:00 last Monday morning. By 08:45 I had 2 return calls from the doctor and picked up my prescription from my preferred chemist 30 minutes later. As the cough had not completely cleared, I rang back the following Monday, as instructed if the cough hadn't cleared, but I couldn't get through so I filled in the online request to see the doctor. 45 minutes later, the doctor rang back with an appointment time for 30 minutes later. I was back home within the hour having been seen by the doctor who examined me and explained my cough and advised me what to do to help relieve the symptoms. Thank you all so much for being so caring and listening to me and working with each other for my best outcome so quickly.

Waited for an phone appointment. My appointment was at 2ish and it is now 7 and no phone and left in pain and uncomfortable.

I am sorry you’re uncomfortable, I’m unsure what’s happened on this occasion, please call the practice and ask to speak to the manager, I should be able to look into this and help you get seen and feeling better.

Never receive help. No appointments available all the time. Never seen my doctor, only the same nurse for all problems you have. Never gives the right advice. 7 year old is ill all the time and the nurse says is normal, no blood tests or other medical check ups available.
