I recently moved to practise in 2023 and I cannot recommend highly enough . All staff have been courteous , appointments made available , phone and prescription service swift and efficient . GP have been attentive and understanding of conditions and prompt action for further treatment instigated. Having relocated from another local practise which was failing in patient care , it is so refreshing to find a GP practise which has restored my faith in the system and picked up on medical issues which could have proven serious. If you are in catchment area its a brilliant practise .

I have recently needed to see a GP on a couple of occasions and both times had my appointments within 24 hours. These have resulted in blood samples being required and hospital referrals being made. All treatments have been thorough,faultless and prompt leaving me really impressed with all aspects of the treatment I've received.

I had to be seen by my GP urgently. I contacted the surgery mid morning. I explained everything to the very helpful receptionist/ care navigator who arranged for a triage call. The GP phoned me back and I was asked to attend the surgery. After being assessed I was asked to wait whilst a call was placed to the local hospital. Within the hour I was being seen at the specialised unit in hospital. The care and treatment that I received at the surgery was outstanding. The receptionist was helpful and acted immediately. The GP was outstanding professional supportive and kind. I was able to receive the help I needed swiftly. Thankyou so much to the team for supporting me in what was a difficult day for me. I value and appreciate having such outstanding care.
