   We have seen improvement in staff attitude, particularly the receptionists, they have become caring and attentive and listen to you over the phone and respond to written queries. The secretary is lovely, and she is initiative-taking to help and listen. Gp appointments are still in shortage, but I was able to book using other GP services on Sundays . I consider the manger has acted, and the practice is ok now after it was not.
