After a serious injury to my leg, stitches, bruising, swelling and needing new dressing, advised by A & E department to contact GP. Was sent to colburn, back to Cattetick village. Needing to elevate leg was not possible after hours spent sitting and waiting. Reliable of friends and family to drive me to said appointments. Not adhering to consultants advise to elevate leg. Sick note was not available via app. Totally bad practice

  2. Review titled Receptionists the guardians of NHS

Receptionists here really think they are the law. Short tempered and very rude to anyone who is putting them out by wanting to see a doctor. They demand full description of what ails you and won't take no for an answer. Staff will out right lie to you then claim the never said this or that. Frequently tell you wrong appointment times then blame you for been "stupid" and you "wrote it down wrong". Honestly it's the worst NHS I've ever experienced.
