I didn't catch the name of the female GP who dealt with me as part of a 111 follow-up for sinusitis following an upper respiratory tract infection, but she may have something like Iranian heritage. She was incredibly kind and compassionate on the phone and gave excellent advice - I am also a doctor, so I'd like to thank her for her out of hours support

I was transferred from my gp to Cassidy for a blood test taken on a Saturday. There was something wrong with the transfer so the receptionist and the nurse couldn's see and download my form properly. They were so patient and tried different ways to resolve the issue. I got the blood test done at the end with very good experience and want to say thank you to the two staff who helped me.

I’m a patient from more than 3 years and I really recommend this practice! Doctors and nurses are very nice, and even if they take time, they always try to solve your problems without giving up! My last visit was for a cervical screen today, and the nurse was super nice, not painful or uncomfortable at all.

I saw a black lady today from South Africa and she was the most lovely, most professional doctors experience iv had. Made me feel very comfortable, and informed me well of what would take place. will be requesting to have her as my main doctor for any appointments I attend.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for two years and have always had positive experiences. The practice use the Dr Iq app to save ringing the practice and I’ve always received prompt replies from the surgery, either through the app or by phone. The reception staff are helpful and action things quickly. My most recent visit was for a cervical smear test this morning - the nurse was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

This practice uses Dr-Iq as a way of reporting health issues rather than wait for the phone to be answered. Unfortunately the practice seems to be a bit offhand about following up such contacts. I reported a seriously concerning skin problem and the practice gave up replying after two missed phone calls. When I contacted them they said someone would ring me but so far - six days later - they haven't.

Review titled Insensitive and rushed

I’ve been physically to the practise only a couple of times, the other times I have contacted them through the app/over the phone. They try and avoid you going to visit in person as much as possible, even asking me to go to a pharmacy to pay to take my blood pressure to save me visiting. I find the doctor I have seen a couple of times to be insensitive and speaks over me constantly. I feel rushed whenever I’m in there and have found female issues don’t tend to be taken seriously by the doctors. I will say that the nurse that I have seen was lovely and extremely sensitive.

After having many up and downs with the GP I can confidently stay they have improved extremely from long waiting times on the phone and feeling neglected to giving me same day appointment and great service from reception, this is a big improvement and i am happy to be with the GP
