I was seen exactly at my appointed time. The nurse was friendly, professional and explained the procedure in detail. She also took note of my views and feelings which I appreciated. The staff make this a very caring practice.

I had the first of two shingles vaccinations and the nursing team were friendly and highly professional, putting me at ease throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly, was painless, and everything was explained clearly and concisely. At reception I asked whether an online prescription had been authorised by a clinician and was told it had, and that the prescription was ready for collection - super efficient service all in two days!

Had a few different reasons to visit recently and on each occasion all staff were super friendly and helpful. I always feel like they care about my well-being and that they actually listen to and help with my health issues. All through the covid situation they have provided outstanding service. Huge thank you to all the staff there.
